Much of my work has centred around building structure where it doesn't exist yet, whether that's a brand foundation,
a creative process, or a new way of working. I enjoy bringing clarity to complexity, fostering alignment across teams, and creating the conditions for great work to happen at scale.
My leadership style is grounded in trust, honest feedback, and collaboration. I care deeply about both the quality of the work and
the people behind it, creating environments where designers feel ownership, support, and room to grow.
More recently, I've been exploring how AI can strengthen creative workflows. I use it as both a creative and operational partner to accelerate exploration, improve consistency, automate repetitive decisions, and give teams more space to focus on strategy,
storytelling, and craft.
