About me
Much of my work has centred around building structure where it doesn't exist yet, whether that's a brand foundation, a creative process, or a new way of working. I bring clarity to complexity and create the conditions for great work to happen at scale.
My leadership style is grounded in trust, honest feedback, and collaboration. I care deeply about both the quality of the work and the people behind it, creating environments where designers feel ownership, support, and room to grow.
Lately, I've been exploring how AI can strengthen creative workflows, using it as both a creative and operational partner to accelerate exploration, improve consistency, and give teams more space to focus on what matters: strategy, storytelling, and craft.
Outside of work, I share my life with Nugget, the tiniest Chihuahua who takes his Christmas photoshoots very seriously. Red sweater and all.
